Organic & Regional
Whenever possible, we rely on organically produced food to minimize our ecological footprint and promote sustainable agriculture.
We attach great importance to working with partners who share our values and offer regional products. Therefore, we are continuously expanding our collaboration with regional producers, for example, from the Altes Land (Old Land), Vierland (Vierland) and Marschland (Marschland).
Through these partnerships, we aim to strengthen the local economy, promote short transport routes, and bring fresh, high-quality food to the table that has been produced in harmony with nature.
Our goal is to make a positive contribution to environmental protection through conscious choices and sustainable practices, while also offering our customers high-quality, environmentally friendly products.
Climate protection
Since 2016, we have been a climate sponsor to actively contribute to environmental protection. Through this initiative, we are committed to continuously reducing our ecological footprint and promoting sustainable practices within our company.
As part of our efforts, we can now offer climate-neutral catering that is not only delicious but also environmentally friendly.
We make sure to use resources efficiently, use regional and seasonal products, and offset co2 emissions through appropriate compensation measures.
Our goal is to permanently and sustainably reduce our carbon footprint in order to make a positive contribution to climate protection and offer our customers environmentally friendly alternatives.
We are proud that our commitment represents a small but important step towards a sustainable future.

We use:
- Packaging materials made from renewable and recyclable raw materials (e.g. palm leaf, wood, corn starch/PLA, glass) instead of plastic.
- Regional and seasonal foods from humane animal husbandry (no meat from factory farming, no fish/seafood from aquaculture, no eggs from floor or cage farming).
Cage-free: We’re on board!
- To take a stand against the caging of laying hens, we have decided to use only free-range eggs or plant-based egg alternatives in the preparation of our meals. We are proud to be part of this initiative and aim to raise awareness for animal welfare and environmental protection both within our company and in society.
Waste separation
- The proper and clean separation of waste and its correct disposal or forwarding to the appropriate systems is a central part of our philosophy. We consistently separate our waste into common categories and have our organic waste picked up by a local disposal company. This organic waste is then converted into biogas, which is ultimately fed into the power and heating supply networks.
We do without:
- Genetically modified foods.
- Long storage times.
- Convenience products, flavor enhancers, as well as artificial flavors and additives.
