BIEDERMANN features two large spaces: the Theater Hall and the Church Hall. These two event areas are stacked vertically; this functional arrangement creates a tall structure with a monumental presence.

An external open staircase leads up to the Church Hall level, simultaneously forming a forecourt that is shielded from the street. Depending on the occasion, this serves as either an atmospheric entrance or an outdoor area that can be incorporated into the event itself.

Located on the first floor between the Theater Hall and the Church Hall is the café, which was installed by architect Bernhardt Hirche during the building’s restoration in 1997–1998.
