We were delighted to provide the culinary accompaniment for a full-day conference held by a renowned tobacco company at the historic Curio Haus in Hamburg. With approximately 550 guests, the event placed high demands on organisation, timing, and service – from the opening sessions in the morning through to the evening celebration.

Throughout the day, we ensured the well-being of all attendees with multiple catering breaks. Alongside varied snacks and refreshments, premium specialty coffees were on hand to give guests the energy they needed between talks, workshops, and networking sessions.

As evening fell, the conference venue was transformed into a vibrant event space. An extensive dinner buffet offered guests a diverse selection of hot and cold dishes, providing the culinary centrepiece for the rest of the evening. A particular highlight was the lovingly designed candy bar, which brought an extra touch of indulgence to the occasion.

For the party that followed, our team took full charge of the bar catering, serving guests a selection of cocktails, long drinks, and specialty beverages. Together with our experienced service and bar staff, we delivered a professionally managed event concept that ensured a seamless transition from a successful business event to a lively and convivial evening.
