We had the pleasure of providing comprehensive catering services for a renowned service company at a two-day congress held at the Cruise Center Steinwerder in Hamburg. A total of approximately 1,300 guests attended, with around 650 trade fair attendees enjoying our culinary offerings each day.
Our team ensured that catering ran smoothly throughout the entire event. This began each morning with a generous breakfast buffet, providing participants with an energetic start to the day. Throughout the day, varied lunch buffets offered a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes to satisfy diverse tastes.
Between program sessions, guests enjoyed delicious coffee breaks featuring freshly brewed coffee, tea, and a selection of sweet and savory snacks. Finally, in the evening, a festive buffet dinner was served, which impressed both culinarily and visually, providing a fitting end to a successful day of catering.
A particular highlight was managing the VIP lounge, where our experienced staff created an exclusive atmosphere. Here, important guests could mingle in a relaxed setting and fully enjoy the service.
