We had the great pleasure of catering a premium wedding at Gut Üselitz on the beautiful island of Rügen. The client, an experienced wedding planner and event designer from Berlin, organized an unforgettable event for approximately 80 guests.
Our services included full-service catering over two days. This encompassed professional staff, a well-stocked beverage and bar service, and all necessary equipment.
The culinary program was diverse: It began with an elegant reception where guests were treated to delicious finger food. Later in the day, a tasty lunch buffet was served right by the water, followed by a four-course dinner in the evening in a stylishly decorated stretch tent, which delighted the guests. The currywurst for the midnight snack was served by Flying, directly on the dance floor.
It was a wonderful event in a dream location, where everything ran smoothly and the guests and the bride and groom were thrilled.
